Urban Plan for Multi-Family and Retail Development, Downtown Arlington, Texas.
An Arlington software developer who relocated their operations into a former downtown bank building is proposing a new retail and apartment development adjacent to the Pinnacle Software Corporation headquarters. The residential portion of the project includes 75 units of approximately 88,260 square feet with an additional 13,700 square feet dedicated to retail uses in a new, four story, masonry building. The development will provide 299 parking spaces, and a landscaped plaza. The site is master planned to accommodate a future residential tower and the re-alignment of Main Street back to its original R.O.W. creating a second block front behind the proposed development. The project will be a key element in the revitalization of downtown Arlington, re-establishing a long lost portion of the urban street wall and adding new residences to Central Arlington. Pinnacle Corporation, Arlington, Texas.
