Modifications and Additions to Clubhouse at the Doral Tesoro Hotel, Fort Worth, Texas (Now Marriot Hotel and Golf Club at Champions CircleThe program included the addition of new locker rooms, relocation of the bar and dining facilities, relocation of the Pro Shop, minor modifications to the kitchen, additional pre-function space and a new 2800 square foot Banquet Pavilion. ERN Architects assisted the Owner in programming and developed as-built documents from field measurements and photos. The scope of the work required numerous electrical modifications, HVAC modifications, automatic fire sprinkler and alarm system modifications, extensive grading, retaining walls, site walkways and ramps.
