ERN Architects is experienced in preparing the National Park Service’s Historic Preservation Certification Application. ERN Architects will carefully integrate the application process with the architectural design schedule so that the application accurately reflects the proposed program of the Owner and identifies its impact on the building’s features. Our staff is prepared to examine the structure and develop a description of the physical appearance, provide the historical research and a statement of significance and provide photographic documentation identifying building features proposed for preservation and removal. At the time of completion of the construction and rehabilitation phase our staff will prepare a photographic survey of the completed work and finalize Part 3 of the application.
