Hillside Bungalows
Affordable Housing project for the non-profit developer, Tarrant County Housing Partnership. The project includes new, single-family homes as in-fill on 20 vacant lots. The homes are designed to compliment the existing early 20th century houses in scale and style. The project is the first step in the revitalization of this historic Fort Worth, southside neighborhood. The second phase is currently on the boards.
