ERN Architects prepared applications for Federal, Historic Tax abatements, obtained listing on the National Register and represented Owner in public hearings with City for local tax credits and design approval. The hotel contains 91 guestrooms with a number of suites overlooking the Alamo. Public areas include meeting facilities, bar, commercial kitchen, and fitness center with a spa and sauna. Original interiors at the lobby and corridors have been preserved. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
